Greenwich Village Town House

New York, NY

The owner of this important historic 1853, 5500 square foot townhouse wanted to modernize the interior without destroying all of the original detailing that remained on the parlor floor. This floor was carefully restored and modernized through furniture, art and lighting. The kitchen was completely re-done to provide a clean and modern back drop to the dining room. The garden and garden level apartment were gutted to provide a more seamless integration of interior and exterior spaces.
