PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
The ground floor and cellar of this Tribeca building were gutted to create a large photography studio. The rear wall was completely removed and replaced with a floor to ceiling skylight. The ground floor was open with the exception of a two very large steel and glass pivot doors that created an entry vestibule. A new steel and plexi-glass stair was installed to join the two floors. The cellar held dressing rooms, a powder room and kitchen.
